Premium Reman or Re-Forged crank?

Tommarow i am going down to advance auto to get a new crank for my Turbo buildup. Im getting a 3.1 crank, but i need to know if i should get a Re-Ground GM (0.10 over) crank, or a Casting by "Crankshaft Rebuilders"

The casting is based on GM's OE forging, but i have no clue what quality metal was used in the casting and if they are as strong (or stronger) than GM's casting.

a re-ground GM Cam is $216.29 and the brand-spanking-new crank is $161.69

Which one is the better choice? If the GM crank is stronger than the new cast, i have no problem spending the extra money for it.

If you're sure it's only 0.010 under, GM might be the way to go. What's wrong with your current crank? Might as well have your current one ground 0.010 under, unless the mains are so scored it's impossible...

well, my original crank is in very good condition, it looks almost brand new exept for some oil spots on the counterweights, etc. The journals look as if they have never been used, but the bearing were really F-ed up on the block side. (side touching the block/main caps)

Plus it has 197,000 miles on it... and if i am going for an all out performance rebuild, a crank with 197,000 miles is not the thing to throw in the mix.

And yeah, on Advance Auto parts website, it says the GM cam is only .010, it also comes with the correct size Federal Mogul bearings.
