Super hesitation and bogging problem , need help

Hey guys my car does this thing where it will idle ok and idle in gear fine but when i push the gas in gear it bogs and hesistates and on occasion it will stall itself. It does this until ive driven for a while then its not as bad. Ive done the TomP tune up but it didnt help .. i have fuel pressure changed the fuel/oil and air filters I havent chaged the o2 sensor just yet cause some idiot welded it in. I changed everything it says to change in the tomP tune up except the ignition coil but im not seeing much if any blue spark when engine is running in the dark so i dont thik its bad. I havent changed the egr either cause thats like 52$ at napa. I did take the injectors out and put them back in w/o changing the oring but i dont have leaks. I just put an new upper plenum and throttle body on w/ nothing

Can anyone help? I need this to stop cause its starting to get scary to drive it when it does this. It does it starting from a stop only

From the last 10 post/problems you have had, it may be time to pawn that lemon off on to someone. Almost every day you have a new problem???
