ok i couldnt find what i was looking for using the SEARCH button so i figured ill post it in the v6 forum since they come with 15's.....

im buying the torque thrust "D"'s in 15x8's and was wanting to know the widest tire i could get for the rear

I ran P255/70r15's, and had to use a sledgehammer on the inner rear wheel well (near the bottom front by the lower control arm attachment point) to make them fit.

Then I shoed up with some P275/60r15's, and they fit okay. If I never took the sledge to the car before, I probably would've had to do so for these tires.

Now I'm at P245/60r15... and can actually peel out and chirp the tires now. Much more fun!

 

get the 265/50/R15's from BFG

i have the 16 inch versions, their great all around tires

 

Why not go classic and put some 10's on the back???

Actually classis is 6-7's on the front with 10's on the back.
