I am getting a code 43, after looking this up i am a little confused about where to start.

According to the description i read, it has to do with low voltage to the timing circuit?

What should i start with? Could this be knock sensor related?

Any help would be great, i would like to start on it tonight, just need some direction first.

code 43 seems to be low voltage EST? I'd test teh knock sensor, and find out if your 3.1 has an EST relay module or something...

anyone have the actual flow chart diagnosis for it?
