ECM not throwing codes

Its a 91 3.1 5 spd Camaro.

Im having a problem with my idle a bit, if im driving the car and start to slow down, sometimes the car will die. The rpm will only sometimes drop below 800 and the car will sputter, sometimes dies, sometimes picks back up. Only happens when slowing down, any other time the car is fine. I have all new ignition parts, coil, spark plugs, wires, pickup coil, spark module, rotor, cap, and it is timed correctly. I notice when I unplug my TPS and IAC the computer won't throw a code anymore. If I unplug the TPS the car will not idle, but if I unplug the IAC it will. Any suggestions?

Has your IAC been cleaned lately?
How's your fuel filter?
Those are 2 common culprits of stalls.

What's your idle speed set at also? If you take the car out of gear abruptly and the idle is too low it'll stall. Try cranking it up 100-150 rpms or so and see what happens.
