motor question
hello i was woundering if a pontiac 6000 wagon mpfi 3.1 motor will fit in a 90 firebird
the p-6000 between 85 and 92 not sure was year is a fwd car is the motor just turned or is it totaly diff

The FWD motors are, for the most part, COMPLETELY different. Utterly.. entirely.. to attempt to swap a FWD motor into a RWD car is a project for those of us who are extremely well-versed in how these cars are set up, how those cars are set up, the exact differences, a vast understanding of engine/electrical theory, and at least a dozen loose screws in the noggin.. (I've heard of 2 people trying the FWD 3xxx series/3.4l DOHC FWD to Front-engine RWD swap.. ever.. I've never heard of one running though)
