DTC: Code 25...Need Help!!!!

I have this problem with my 1987 Camaro, of course 2.8 MPFI. When I'm driving the car, and it reaches normal running temperature, the check Engine Light comes on...(annoying as hell). I pulled the codes from the computer and it shows up with a Code 25, which is Manifold Air temperature sensor, and Code 45, Rich exhaust... What am I supposed to do with that??? Can anyone help me out here???

Why does your signature say Camaro LT 4.3?

Simple answer; replace the MAT sensor, and do a major tuneup.

The signature says 4.3 cuz that's what I plan on putting in that car.

I get that code too, but my Service Engine light only comes on when stopped and idling, after I get going again it turns off. I did the major tuneup but am having trouble finding a replacement MAT sensor, is this going to cause a serious problem for me in that I need to replace it right away?
