I am finally going to send for my newer working 302 ECM on Monday, and I was wondering, besides the factory setting of 10* BTDC, how little or non advance can I run? I just need the engine to run for long enough to pull the car forward into the garage. It don't even have to run great, just for about 50 feet or so.

if it;s that short...then why not just push it? Uphill or something...that's the way my driveway is. Anyway, I think you can actually get it to run all the way down to about 3 or 4* advanced. It WILL run like crap, but should get you a good 50 feet or so.

Ha. I wish. I can't even push the car on a flat road (I've tried that just to get gas when my vac lines were crap), much less my driveway, which is very bad with holes everywhere and little hills. It's very uneven and I can get it probably ten feet or so before it starts to roll back on me. Anyways, I have it parked real close to the dead Plymouth (not mine, don't ever want to drive it again either) and I have to back it up before I can get it to go forewards. Thx for the info though.
