Eprom Help - a little long, sorry!

Ok so now that I got my distributor issues squared away with a rebuild (and what a difference it has made!! Thanks to all who gave me advise) I'm ready to tackle the next problem:

Getting an EPROM (Memcal in my case, '90 3.1, 700r4 Auto, Federal emissions, air injection pump & electronic EGR, 7730 ECM) with the VATS disabled. This is because I'm replacing a carbed 2.8 with the MPFI. From the research I've done in the DIY PROM board my engine should use: EPROM Type 27C256, azty1407_88.bin, $88 Mask. (files which I already have)

I contacted Fastchips & they said that they had a high performance chip for my car with modified timing & fuel curves but they didn't have the info to disable VATS.
Now from previous posts I was under the belief that these people really new their stuff.
Again, from the research I've done it seems it's a lot harder to mess with fuel/timing curves than to disable VATS (shouldn't it be a matter of just turning a "flag" from "on" to "off"?)

Hypertech said the same thing & haven't heard back from Jet.

I know some of you are going to say "burn your own chip". But I just don't have the time & $$ to be buying equipment that I'm only going to mess with once, I really just need the darned VATS turned off on the chip. I just don't have a lot the time to learn how to modify fuel/timing (quite frankly I'm a bit intimidated about messing with those parameters, this is going to be my only form of transportation and can't afford to have it down, )

I would be perfectly happy with a Memcal with stock fuel/timming & no VATS.

For now I'm using the Memcal from an '89 Barreta, just to get it started & set timing etc.(No VATS ), but obviously the EGR & EST will not work properly. (I need this working to smog the car in Cal.)

Any ideas as who could burn me a chip like this??

Plenty of folks in the aftermarket doing it for the V8's but none of them seem to wan't to get involved with our V6's
