Doward here...
I've got a full 2.8 block setup (the old 2.8) but I really need a 3.1 crankshaft.... Don't need the block and all, just the crank....
Please? I'll paypal you the $$ tonight, if you'll do it. Think of it as helping the turbo project out

Is that transmission an automatic or a manual? If it is a manual, I would be interested in it. If it is a manual tranny, could you get the number off of the tin metal tag bolted between the case and tailhousing? It should be something like 1352-177. How many miles are on the tranny? Does it shift well, any noise, are all the synchros good? I have an 89 Camaro RS that is in desperate need of another T5 or a rebuild, I was planning on rebuilding it this spring/summer, but a working tranny would be great! (Might rebuild it instead if it is in better shape than mine, the previous owner was not very kind to the transmission, the car only has 110,000 miles. The T5 in my 87 Camaro SC is working great and has at least 143,000, perhaps 243,000 (not sure which).) Anyhow, I would be really really interested in the tranny if it is a T5. Thanks!

You still have the stock airbox setup, you know, the plastic between the stock air cleaner and the TB bellows? I need that... Or the MAF? I need that too....
