They wont fit. Headers for these V6's have to be made custom. Hooker used to make some, but they ended production long ago. There have been a few boardmembers, etc. making custom headers. There are plennnnty of posts about them, so you might do a search and check a few of those out. But the price on them is so expensive, BECAUSE they are custom, that it's probably not worth it unless you're really hardcore into souping these engines up.

wants to beat up on stock stangs? What other variables were there with this setup? in other words, itd be doable, but it's gonna depend on what type of stock stangs hes looking to beat. If hes talking about beating a stock fox body stang 5.0 then that's doable, actually easily doable, point your man to the NOS system for the 2.8L v6. Think you can order it through Hawks 3rds. If he wants his car to appear real rough and tough, he could build his little six, pull the Fuel Injection and Computer Controlled crap, and set himself up with engine like 614 streets builds, Something like that sholud really wake the power up in the car, and with the supercharger, i'd say you could start with stock stangs, but in the end, he'd be going for much more than that. Also, if he's talking stock 5.0 stangs, we have to remember and take into account that's a worthless goal, cause how many "stock" 5 litres do we normally se on the street?

Try "aluminized"
Doesn't rust, cheaper than stainless, light, thick as you want it....(It CAN rust, just takes a very long time....)
