Weak ignition maybe? Bad fuel pressure regulator/bad vacuum connection to it? Broken fuel injectors?

Check the MAF (tap on it with a screwdriver handle, while it's idling - if it stumbles, bad MAF)
Check the air filters, too!

What is a tomp tuneup? My fuel pump works well in my car. The car runs great, just running rich. Would i be able tell if it was a fuel injector? I don't think so. I put in plugs in, dist. cap, rotor. Etc. Any ideas?

do a search for tomp's tune up. i had a problem w/ my injectors leaking down. it made my car run really rich. it also made it crank forever before it started almost everytime. you may want to try a fuel system cleaner too, it may help. get the 3 part system cleaner. its one for the throttle body, one for the intake system, and one for the tank. BG, valvoline, protech, and a couple others make good one, but you need the equipment to have it done. check around at quicklubes and dealerships. shop around and get prices. you shouldnt spend more than $100. it may help, but no gurantees. you can do some of it yourself, depending on your mechanical knowledge.

You said your fuel pump works good....but have you checked fuel pressure through a gauge? I suggest you do....to at least eliminate any line pressure problems that might be caused by a bad FPR, etc. You COULD test for a broken injector by doing a leakdown test....but yeah those are kind of a pain in the ***.
By "etc' in your ignition, I assume you mean you put in a new ignition coil too? If not....well...you never know. But I'd do a quick spark test before you go replacing that if you haven't.... You can test the spark by sticking the end of a screwdriver into one of the spark plug wires you've pulled off the plug, and hovering the other end of the metal over the fender, etc...some good solid metal. Keep it fairly close...you want roughly the amount of gap the spark has to jump on the plug itself. Have someone crank the car and look at the spark...its best to do in the dark and for gods sake, don't touch the metal! ZZZAP. They make testers that are much better for this though....safer and more accurate. But orange/yellow/red means the coil is fairly weak. Blue is average/good. White is brand spanking new.

Check your vacuum lines. Too much air in the engine will cause the ECM to increase the fuel injected into the cylinders. Believe me, that sounds a lot like what I went through before my valve problem (not fixed yet and is way too cold to bother). Also check your MAF in the way described above, or just simply disconnect it and start the engine. If the engine runs well, either the MAF relay or the sensor itself is gone. Have you also replaced your plug wires? I didn't see that mentioned on your list. The ig coil is $19 at autozone and I believe is P/N GC 904 or something similar to that, I can't find the sheet right now. NAPA sells the fuel injection cleaning kit that cleans from the intake to the exhaust and does a better job than the gas tank treatment, also Monro muffler does the service for $60, I believe, and that is the three step treatment. You will need to locate the TomP tune up using the Search button at the top of the screen.
