steering fixed!

steering fixed!

Ok, got all the parts on there today. I "aligned" it myself by eye and it drives more straight then when I got it! I have an appointment tomorrow to have les Schwab tire center align it for real.

I put on the following MOOG brand components
Tie rod ends and links
Center link
Idler arm


I hope this will get rid of the play in the steering as well.

Oh, if you want to know why i did all this, see this post:hit a curb in snow, steering messed up, help! . yeh, that’s the original post.

Now all I need to do is replace the control arm bushings and those things on top of the shocks, the shocks and the pitman arm and I will have replaced all steering suspension components. Man, i have had a bad string of luck with the suspension/steering on this thing. Should be cool now though. I’ll post some pics later
