Help Me Please. I know this may not be a RS but that is what i have and this is the only pic of a bay i have right now. Sorry the pic is bad

lol.. uhm.. your car is fine.. A/C compressors are clutched and don't run at all times.. try turning your A/C off and notice that it never starts spinning and the clicking is entirely gone.
Is the hiss only heard inside the car? If it is the it's because you haven't set the climt controlls to the "off" position (all the way to the left). They are vaccum (SP?) controlled and when there is even the slightest leak they will hiss.

And it cycles on & off & yep the hissing is from the HVAC control setting not in a certain position.
Normal what happens if ya not shut off the AC system in your car.

Here's what you do.
(although stated above)...
Turn the car on, turn on the A/c (on cold). Open the hood And watch the compressor. If it spins, stops, spins stops, it's just low on freon. It'll probably still blow cold though. The hissing sound you here when you turn off the motor is pressure equalizing in the A/C system (by way of an "expansion valve"). It is completely normal. Good luck, enjoy the A/c
