Help, cant get my fuel injectors out

Help, cant get my fuel injectors out
trying to get te injectors out of my 2.8 but cant figure out how to... i know tehres clips there but how do i get them off?

You need to take the upper plenum off, then unbolt the fuel rail, and with a little motivation the thing pops right out. If you want the injectors out of the fuel rail, look at the base of the injector where it meets the rail there is a little like circular clip, find the longest part that is sticking out of the fuel rail and try to move it to the other side of the port. I've found that pliers work best.

rotate the clip. Their is a very small "window" where it doesnt grip anything. I use a screw driver on the opposite side of the long "tab", reason I use other side, the screw driver fits perfect into this notch.
Then I grab, wiggle, twist, and pull on the injector.
Watch for flying fuel.
