I was looking in the paper today and saw an 86 z-28 for sale and i tried to call the guy but he wasnt home so that gives me time to talk to you guys. I was wondering what should i ask you guys. its an 86 z-28 with no motor, what should i ask him and what should i offer him and what should i not go over. Also if its a TPI can i put a carb motor on it or vice versa. So if there is anything you guys know please do tell, thanks
