The hose size you seek is 5/16"
It is thick walled hose USED FOR
Windshield Wiper Washer system
How ya apply is simple ol' spit on end of hard plastic, slip over hose, done!
NOW
There are also a couple of other sizes used.
1/2" Hose (THICK WALLED HI QUALITY HEATER CORE HOSE) is back by base of distributor on driver side, engine block.
and MAYBE one other, slightly smaller than 1/2" yet larger than 5/16".
When ya remove the worn rubber hose section, be prepared for cracking hard plastic lines.
IF those hard plastic lines break, simply patch section with the 5/16" Washer hose.
Make very sure your connections by EGR are good, due to high exhaust heat.
I've spent a whole day patching vacuum lines. I've also removed uppper intake section to get better access at some hoses. Best repair job one can do on our rides, due to costs of parts (about $1 - $3 for stuff).
