I 'am wanting to clean up my V6 and maybe paint some of the parts and a set of chrome valve covers. I was wondering if some of you could post some pics of your engines that you have cleaned up, painted,chromed out,etc. I need some Ideas:hail:

Hey fbod that is the color I wanted to do mine. That looks great. What color red is that. Is it the Chevrolet Orange-Red. I have a can of that orange-red made by dupli-color.

i've got lots of pics of mine on my cardomain site. www.cardomain.com/id/am91camaro_rs i'm thinking about doing some more powder coating and ceramic coating on stuff under the hood on mine!

Engine: Pos 2.8 pulled and replaced with a 350 tpi motor converted to carb.
Transmission: 700r4, vette servo,shift kit, hayden 15"x8" trans cooler.
painted everything vht high temp black.

are those ALL of the mods that you have listed in your cardomain site AM91? What kind of duration are you running on that cam?

duration? ummm, quite a bit...i think about 216 or 218 @ .050" on the intake side. i don't remember the numbers for sure.

Here's my engine bay... nothing special; MSD coil, MSD 8.5mm wires, new convoluted tubing (wire covers), new/junkyard hood struts (look mom, no broom handle), and a GOOD power washing.
