Well I finished my heads, Ported and polished the combustion chamber, I chamber matched the combustion chamber nearest to the valves to the head gasket impression, I did a valve job, moderetly ported and polished the intakes and heavly ported the exhaust ports.
I installed the the valves with .530'' wide valve guide viton valve seals, stock valves, Kmotion K-700 springs, crane +.050'' locks, and titanium LS1 retainers.
Notes: the valves seals limit the total lift to about .500''
There on my car domain site in the sig, lots of pics of my work.

those heads look nice but don't you know that you aren't supposed to polish the intake ports like that? they are supposed to be left a little rough so that it will help the air and fuel mix.

Fuel injected motor - only the point where the injector enters, to the intake valve, needs to be slightly roughened.

It's not that polished, I finished them with 120 grit.
I didn't polish them like a mirror as I did with the combustion chamber.
I think I did over polish the top of the intake valves and if I did, I won't work so hard next time.
