engine prob. i think.....o ****

ok, i just had heads machined and put on. it was running really hot before so i put a new water pump on it,new thermostate on, and so now it runs cooler. anyways...right after i redid everything i foud a small leak then make a long story short the car is makeing a loud *** knocking sound, i pulled up to a mech, and he said my engine is ****** and that it was coming from the crankshaft. so i would rather ask and of you for some advice. thanks

what kinda leak did u find? oil, coolant, just curious....
probably have a rod knocking, if you spend tons of cash on having ur heads redone, stop driving the car, remove the cylinder heads, remove that new waterpump of yours along with that thermostat, get urself a used 3.4L from the yards, use the short block along with ur newly machined heads, waterpump, intake, etc, and get the car running again. You'll most likely be happy that you did it in the long run, as the setup will give you more power, and most likely many more miles of enjoyable fun.....

..

sounds like a rod knocking? Just replace the motor man..less headache. It will actually be cheaper as well.
