v6 clutch
I know what ya meant.
When ya get to the shop have BOTH seals with you.
Saves trouble of guessing.
The shops I deal with generally let me "wander around". I try not to make a habit of it but if kindly asking generally the answer is yes.

ive pulled my trans and clutch (only replaced it the last time) 3 times now. first time was for the rear main and rear cam seal. 2nd was for the 3.4 swap, last time was for the centerforce dual friction clutch install. its easy, even on 4 jackstands.
it only took me about 2.5 hours to pull it all apart on my back. although that did include rum n coke breaks, smoke breaks, and i was using air tools. its a lot easier if you pull the center console so you can get the shifter off. i know some dont do that, and i cant imagine how they get it out w/ the shifter still in. it takes all of 10 min to pull the console (in a camaro).
i may have missed what clutch youre deciding on, but i HIGHLY recommend a centerforce dual friction. itll hold up to anything you throw at it. if you cant find it at a good price, i got mine at Lane Automotive in Michigan. let me know what the cheapest you can find is and if needed, i can get you their number, i have it at work, so i cant get it now. its worth every penny though. never have to worry about slipping again, even w/ mods.
