what is the best shift kit for my car b&m or transgo. Also how much hp and torque can i get from a dynomax super turbo catback and a dynomax high flow cataylic converter and does the dynomax exhaust sound good similar to a v-8 or sound like a crappy 4 banger **** rocket? And what is the best computer chip and thermostat i can buy for my 3.1 firebird. also whats better for my car jet pulleys or asp pulleys?

dynomax at idle sounds like v8, once you get going you can tell its v6, but still no **** rocket sound. Hp, no clue.
chip, burn one yourself, or find someone to burn it for you. No over the counter one does it.
t-stat, 185 from local parts store, no specific brand, just right size n temp.
pullys, your pick. They are the same. I have had both brands, all appear to be of same quility, size, etc. However, I now have a personal problem with jet, so I wont use them.

for most of the stuff youre looking for HP/torque gains on.... youre not gonna see a whole lot. the only way to see REAL gains is to get into internals and/or power adder.
if you go with every bolt on you can find (after tomp's tune up, lol) its gonna vary, but id guess 30/40 hp at the flywheel. others may give more exact numbers, or maybe im off, but thats what ive figured/guessed from everything.
