What heads flow better?
I was just here bored at work wondering what heads flow better the 3.4 heads or the 3.1 heads...or is it the same crap? Ebay has some aluminum 3.4 heads...the guy selling it claims they fit 3.4L Birds and Camaros.

3.1 and 3.4 heads are idential. Both are 14054884 castings.
The Aluminum heads are FWD applications. THey will fit our RWD blocks, but not our intakes. The FWD intakes are backwards facing on a RWD car so the TB would face the firewall.

Yes they will fit. They will bolt on.
If you bolt those heads on a RWD engine it will give you a round a 12:1 c/r.
Those Al heads flow about as good in there stock form as I can get cast iron heads to flow ported.
The Al heads have bigger valves then the iron ones.
