Oil Cooler

oK great ones, help need here.

I am putting together a 3.4 Crate engine with headers, Edelbrock intake, Holley 390 carb, Mallory distrubtor, with a Tremac TKO 600 5spd. Is there any real reason to put in a oil cooler, car will be used for fun, no racing. Also we removed about 1 1/2 inches from the sump about a 1/2 qt. because of clearance concerns. there will be a remote filter.

Thx

Use synthetic oil and you don't need an oil cooler on any street engine.
