Gave my V6 sorta of the works

I tried fixing my camaro since it gave me a code 45. I basically changed the mufller, the catalytic converter, O2 sensor, egr valve, air temperature sensor, temperature cooling sensor, new ac rapid fire spark plugs, spark plug wires, replaced o-ring from distributer and changed the distributor cap & rotor. And if this list doesn't stop, well it keeps going, well my mechanic did most of the work since im going to school and i dont have time to work on it, but anyways, then my motor had an air leak, by the manifold and the radiator had a crack. All these problems were fixed but my camaro still shakes. I know this seems to be like an essay, but its what it was done to my camaro, any suggestions or should I explain again?

I would like to add that the gaskets from the manifold were changed and the radiator had a crack and fixed that problem at a radiator place.

I guess the whole car. My mechanic called me a while ago. Said something about the full throttle body and some other sensor.

Clean the throttle body.
