Car pulls when I rev it

Car pulls when I rev it

Weird *** problem

Whenever my car is in neutral and I hit the gas to rev it.It seems like it actully pulls forward as if it was in drive.Whats going on?

mine has always done that as well. No idea why, just always does it.

My buddy has a street/strip camaro with a blown big block, not sure on the transmission, or the stall speed of his convertor, but his does that majorly. Like it will roll forward a few feet it you punch to about 4 grand in neutral. He told me it was the Torque Convertor grabbing alitle. Not sure if thats your case too, but it make sense.

It may also be a broken engine mount dude, depending on how much of a 'leap' forwards you are talking about. I just found out one of my mounts is broken, and the leap forward I felt when I revved I thought was tire slippage or something before I found out, it was actually the engine jumping around a little under the hood. And I bet you that if it is an engine mount that's broken, it is the left side one. Check out the mounts.
