can anyone please help me out, i have to have my car running by tomorrow(Sat), so i can use it for prom... i dont wanna have to drive the blazer...
I have been told its the Fuseible links down on the selenoid.. anyone know if this can cause that problems. Would that cut power to most of my car like that?
How much do these cost and could i get them at an autoparts store like napa?

did you check all your fuses ? there are a couple fuse links that feed your fuse block and other stuff. they are usually feed off the positive cable post of the starter. they look like a large plastic tube in the middle of the wire. use a meter or test light to check them. you can usually find them at the auto parts store there not that expensive. i have replaced some of them in a jam with an aftermarket waterproof fuse holder like for a boat or stereo hook up. size is important check amp size and replace withe same one. hope i was of help. have fun at prom.
I feel for ya to probably have to take another ride to the prom.
You're gonna have to go back there with good lighting to see what ya may have touched, bumped ruined for your no power pass problem.
Shame that would have been a very good story (car breaking down) to use if ya stayed out all night!
