Been there, seen that. Its like v6firebird not really set up for us 3rd gens guys. more about the newer 60* engines or the 4th gen. This is the place for 3rd gens. If not. I would be posting it.

Engine: 2.8L MPFI (rebuilt)
Transmission: 700R4 swapped to T5
Axle/Gears: 3.42 open

Lots of good info there, but mostly for newer, larger, ohc engines. Not a whole lot of discussion about the pushrod 2.8 and 3.1's that our cars have.
