i've got a set. you don't want to get the pacesetters? if you don't like the pacesetters but you want my hookers. if i can get enough out of them to get me most of the way to the purchase of the pacesetters, i'll part with them. i can get you pics of them or whatever. they have a o2 sensor bung welded in the pass. side collector.

I used to have a set of each of the Hookers and Hedmans. Both gone now. KED (Karl) has a set I don't know if he's willing to sell or not, but you may want to e-mail him.

it looks like everything clears nicely on it and it looks like a good set up. call $175 cash for the headers and y pipe and you will have a money order in the mail to you.

$175 plus shipping...I can do that. You will need to modify the transmission crossmember on the driver's side, also. but yes, everything does clear nicely! I will include that rubber mount that is bolted on with the crossmember on the driver's side.

We had to weld a piece of steel tubing (cut in half, length-wise) to the crossmember. I think we used about a 2.5" dia. piece. after we welded it, we cut the stock flat part out. We had to do this so that the y-pipe could sit up in there a little so that it didn't have to be made to go completely under the crossmember and potentially cause ground clearnance issues. In the pics that I PM'd you, you can see where the crossmemer "stops", then goes over the pipe. If you don't see what i'm referring to, let me know and I'll highlight it and repost the pics.

you are not gonna beleive this am91. im really sry but i cannot send you that money order tommarow like i had been planing all week. the *** damn windshield is cracked in my firebird. all the way accross right in my damn view. i was on my way to lunch today and i was following a dump truck through trafic in my neighboring town where there is construction going on. well we went through a spot where they tore up the road and it dropped down a little and the idiot driver of the truck didnt even slow down for it. bam right down the drop off and off comes a good sized rock right off the back. about half the size of a baseball. i seen it come and swerved. it got the pass corner of my windsheild. and left one crack all the way across it. i whipped over to the side of the road to get his plate number and i also honked hopping he would stop. well needless to say i couldnt get it in time. now i need a fricken windshield asap. can you hold off atleast another week because now i gotta spend this weeks pay on some new glass. damn im pissed i want those headers

shouldn't insurance pay for the windshield? I know they do down here cause its a hazard to drive with a cracked windsheild. Well, if you want these, I'll see what I can do for you but I need to get my car going again. And, I don't want to order new headers without having money from/for these. If you don't buy these, I'll put them back on my car. But, I need to be able to put these or pacesetters back on in about a week or so. PMs might be a better way of discussing this, though.

If it's any help in the cause
I recently replaced my Firerbird windshield for $75.
Got it done at a wrecking yard with windshield from a car there. Works perfect & leak free.
