A friend of a friend came by (i know i know but every shop i've been to has said that there is nothing wrong and i'm rish b/c of the headers) to read the computer for me just to double check this out for me and pretty much said that it's cost me just on time alone........ the guy tunes car's for a living and bills @ just over 250 hr.......

he said the car is jumping all over the place and dumping gas stright out the rear (this i knew b/c i'm only getting around 8MPG)he pulled the plugs and all they show is that i'm running lean wires are all new (2months) and i need a new cat......

so he said he can start work as soon as this weekend @ 150 hr but that he won't collect anything untill he get's the car running better then new

Code 32 is an EGR failure. Check all the plastic vacuum lines for cracks. Sometimes slow or very unresponsive o2 sensors will cause this and will also cause the problems you are describing.

BTW an engine dumping fuel out the tail pipe is rich not lean. Ya know the dealer will only charge you about $100.00 hr. $250.00 an hr. seems a bit steep to me.

go to autozone.com and the repair guides it should have a diagram of the vacuum lines for your car

Here is a 1985 smog hose set up
IF your car is NOT a 1985, your set up will be different.
But this may be a foundation to offer you.
I never saw you mention what year is your car.

In the smog set up yours is worlds different!
You do have that electric EGR set up.
And that's an expenive item to replace.
I would remove it, clean all passages, new gasket & see what happens.
I also hear that the FWD 60* V6 Stage Two or Gen Two EGRs are the same.
But your problem helped me I think.
I've been told my vacuum hose routing is backwards there.
This may be the cause of my cold morning early morning bucking....
