v6 Stores?

Are there any good online stores that specialize in v6 Firebird/Camaro parts? I need a bunch of new parts, maybe even upgrades in the future. But i never see anything for v6's. I have a Summit catalog, a couple of Jegs catalogs, and 2 paddockparts firebird catalogs.

also, im not too keen on getting old/used parts from junkyards.

The old addage " necessity is the mother of invention" definately applies here.

You will be inventing alot. That's okay, though, it's just gonna be more time than money, that's all.

Think of how proud you'll be that you did it yourself!!

You could always put in a buick v6; you can buy loads of parts for those...........

depends on what kind of parts you are looking for. for engine parts check out this site. http://www.engine-parts.com/GMV6/28camspecs.html

summit has parts online that rnt in the catalog. for suspension and stuff just use the websites advertised at the top of this site. the v-8 stuff works for the 6 too. good luck

Yep, anything outside the engine will work, V8 or V6. The engine parts are all we're missing... there are a few out there, though!

Use the Make/Model/Engine search on Summitracing.com

They'll show you Exhausts, Cams, Etc....

I dont mind doing the work myself, in fact i look forward to it, its finding parts for my v6 that troubles me.

But you say most parts that dont apply to the engine can be used for both v8 and v6?

anything not engine related can be used on the v6 or v8, suspension, cat and catback systems, rear end, interior, chassis, tranny.

For the engine go seek out a 3.4 for installing
Beats rebuilding a smaller engine anyday
Less expnsive, too.
Rest of "stuff" is totally easily found.
Be specific with the wish list for our suggestions.
