ive seen these at autozone., any one have a pic of one in there ride i could see?
also will it realy increase my horsepower at all? i have the 3.1 v6 in my ride and i drive it about two times a week from palm springs to glen helen in san bernardino ca., at times on the freeway i have no problem hitting 100 mph., it feels like i have more throttel left but i dont max it out cause i can feel my unballanced tires., afecting my ride i love it when im on the freeway and going bout 75 or 80mph and another car is baside me i can punch it and the automatic trans picks up and shoots me like a vette i get launched and pick up lots of momentem.,,. i love this car im all stock as well nothing hi tech.,,. why some ppl say the v6 are not all that when im hittin 100 to 110 easlily?? and my a/c works pretty decent,., it has full charge but not as cold as ide like it to be unless the sun is down then it works pretty darn good.,.,.,so yea ide like to see and hear about the cold air intake on the 3.1 v6 camaro's? thanks yall

Its lame as your still sucking up nasty hot under hood air.
true cold air intake takes air directly from out side the car.

Your not feeling your unbalanced tires at that speed. If it was the balance you would feel it much much sooner. Its the 20 years of pot holes that have your stock rims out of wack. Only fix is new rims. And then those 100+ runs will be super smooth.

are you being sarcastic?

in my humble opinion i would replace tie rods and get a ballance and alignment before i dropped bank on rims that may or may not be untrue. my rims are from 1986, (so in theory have seen many more potholes then his 91s) and i can go 100+ w/o any odd "out of ballance" type feeling. i do have almost all new (a year ago) suspension parts. before that if i did more then 75MPH the whole car would woble. (i think it was the wheelberings, as that seemed to yeld the most improvement)

anyway, as far as CAI goes, the pic posted above is almost identical to mine, cut out that tray where the aircan sits, relocate your charcol canister intoo the fender well and you will haveyourself a true cold air intake. maybe even add a scoop to force the air up into the area.
