fuel pressure regulater.

i read somewhere that a leak past the o-ring on the regulator will give an exxcessive rich condition.. he was talking about a 3.1, but does that go for any regulator??

good question! i would like to know where exactly my fuel pressure regulator is at??

i also can smell a rich smell of fuel, usualy when im at idel for a few,, or just coming off the freeway.,ide like to check my fuel reg, if i could find it,..,lol.,.,

Also *mmadreman* somthin you might want to look in to is , i read on here some where a while back that at one time the 91's has a recall for the fuel tank.,i believe there was an issue with the filler neck .,something about, a part thats soderd it develops a small hole over time causing rich smell's and leakage., also im not sure but, there is a way to check to see if your car had the recalled work done or not,.,.maby some one else here will be able to shine a lil more light on this subject........

the fpr is located on teh fuel block itself, inbetween the upper & lower manifolds. The injectors connect directly to it. THe regualtor is the rcircular part in the front w/a vacuum line connected to it.

I'm gonna have to pass on the o-ring question
