High rpm power

I want my car to pull on the top end. Need ideas on cams and exhaust setups to go with. Also what else would give me better power up towards 6000rpm's?? Ive hit 7200 but I ended up breaking a rod. Had it packed away in a box just found it today so I should be able to get a pick of it soon. Also is it possible to have the rods milled down for less weight? Thanks

Intake is almost done so I'm hoping it will give me more power and better flow. You wanna make me some headers Doward? Id rather have custom ones by you than pacesetter. im either gonna have a muffler or a cat not both so wich would be better? What about lifters and rockers? Are they worth it? Same with ASP crank pully.
