I am getting a code 44 and a code 45. Which says my O2 sensor is saying my car is running lean with the code 44 and rich with the code 45. The O2 sensor is about 7 months old and is a genuine GM sensor. I have also noticed my Gas milage has gone to crap i now get 150 miles per tank when before i could easily get 275 miles per tank. Would you say its a bad O2 sensor or something else?

I also get a code 32 but have awalys had that every now and then.

 

bad o2 or bad mass air sensor . my rs used to do the same thing i had the same codes.i replaced the o2 and it got a lil better but i ended up needing to change my maf also then it ran right

 

I dont have a MAF mine is speed density. And i thought buying genuine GM would be better then a aftermarket bosch.

 

hmm its gota be a bad o2 then.did u spray any kind of intake/carb cleaner into the motor recently, or use any kind of fuel additives, sometimes those things can ruin a good o2 sensor. i have a bocsh o2 sensor in my car over 1.5 years now and no problems with it

 

I used fule injector cleaner but i was getting the same crappy milage. So i dont think that played any issue. I guess i will just pick one up this weekend.
