My cousin has 92 rs with a 3.1 liter. The car runs good for about 10 minutes, then starts to hesitate on takeoff and during throttle increase but when reaches speed its ok. I have replaced the fuel filter and the tps sensor. Please give me a hand here.

Have you checked for a vacuum leak from the outer throttle body port (towards the driver's side of the vacuum block, not the huge line on the pass side)? That's the one for ported vacuum, and a leak in those lines will cause those problems. Believe me, I haven't found my leak yet and it's buggin me bad...
