ECM junk...

Well Im pretty sure my MAF doesnt work at all seeing as how I smacked it and the engine didnt stutter or anything... It prolly has to do with the wires that got cut when some loser decided to steal it.. Anyways my question here is what would be better?? Switching to the MAP and 749' ECm or replacing my harness and getting a new MAF?? The engine is going to be turboed so Im leaning toward the 749' swap.. Im pretty sure itll cost a little bit more but in the end I think the results will be worth the cost... but if I switched what would I do with my MAF and all the wires that lead to it..?? Thanks

i was debating the swap also, but i looked at it this way, once the maf is maxed,i can tune with wide band 02 and a fmu,or i can tune with custom chips since i just bought a laptop and all the stuff i need to burn my own chips now ,and theres no hassel of swaping harness and parts

Yea but either way I gotta mess around with the harness.. And Im pretty sure Id like the 15psi max stock on the 749' instead of dealing with the MAF and burning custom chips...

its a fuel preasure regulator,it goes in the return line to the tank,it increases fuel preasure in relation to boost in preset ratio's 16-1 14-1 12-1 10-1 and so on, very simple way to tune

im only gonna go for 7-9 psi to start, though after a while i may step it up, im gonna keep the maf setup and tune with fmu, till my fuel pump cant keep up anymore, then ill buy a 255 lph v8 pump,if i have to, once i get it tuned pretty good ill fine tune with custom chips
