Tune Up Time + Smog Test

I just bought a V6 with aluminum heads, and I need to give it a tune up before I go in for my smog test.
I'm just curious what the best choice for plugs would be for the 3.1 with alum heads?
I'll be putting in all the usual tune up stuff as well... O2 sensor, plug wires, filter, etc.

Thanks in advance for the help

Not sure on the plug type. But run Super 93 gas for the test...

Plugs, the delco version of whatever it calls for.

I have a 3.1 FWD. Right now it's in a 90 corsica, but I'm leaning heavily toward rebuilding it for my 85 iroc.
Turbo... Of Course
I like how much airspace there is around the 60deg v6.

90 corsica is the gen2 design, I would install the gen3 design if you do that.

Is gen3 design the DOHC 4 valve/cyl?

The more I read, the more the Buick V6 makes sense, if a guy were to be doing a complete rebuild.

I read a piece called the history of the 60deg v6 on the ATI site, and they go from the gen2 to the DOHC v6. But for some reason I get the impression that the gen3 is a pushrod 60deg, and it wasn't mentioned in that write up.
Could you clarify that for me please?
Also, are the FWD tranny mounts different than the RWD?
And if they are would that mean that the FWD 3.1 could not be mated to the thirdgen 700R4?

Thanks

yes the gen3 is pushrod. The valves in the heads are larger, plus roller fulcrum rockers... and I think I heard a roller cam too or something.
