update on the rs

well the cars been running really well.ive finally got the injectors and fmu dialed in.running it a tad rich for saftey.but over the past few days i started to relize my bov wasnt opening on the 1-2 shift.so i dbl checked the spring rate on the bov and it was way to stiff.so i modified the spring(cut liek 3 inches off it to relive alot of the seat preasure).now it iopens liek its supposed to.

since then ive sucessfulyl taken the engine to 16 psi.the only thing really hurting me now is the motor goes dead rich on gear changes.gota get rid of the maf system and goto a speed density setup.

im looking to finish yup the methanol injection system by tuesday and get that installed in time for getting the car dynoed on wensday.
since im setting up the car for a heads up racing class, the rules only allow me one power adder.so i wont be spraying the nitrous on the dyno.the minumum wieght for the class has yet to be determined but were looking at a race wieght of around 2,800 pounds.so im gonna dyno the motor @ 16 psi with hopes of getting into the 375 hp range.if the rules for the heads up class will allow im swaping over to a gen 3 fwd top end and dis ign system

all the v8 guys are afriad to run na against small turbo/ or nitrous injected v6's so there bitching alot about the rules atm

once i get back from getting the car dynoed ill post up numbers and slips.and hopefully some video
