if you pull the intake, just get the intake manifold gasket set. itll have all the plenum and mainfold gaskets, valve cover gaskets, throttle body, EGR, blah blah. but youre gonna have to pull the dist out anyway to get the manifold out so you might as well do the o-ring while its out.
pick up a haynes manual, that way you know torque specs and proper tightening sequence for the intake.

The only thing you could change would be the pushrods. There is no point tho unless one is bent. When you buy intake gaskets they will come with the 2 intake to head gaskets and the front and back intake to block gaskets. Dont bother with the front and back gaskets. They are known for leaking, just run a thick bead of RTV between the block and intake.

you could also put in some roller rockers, or roller tip if you want cheaper. the comp cam 1.52 roller tip rockers will go right on w/o modifications.

would roller rocker's and roller tips make any differance in performance or sound?

theyll make a small difference in that they reduce friction and open the valves more. for the $, the roller tips are worth it i think. if you get fiero valve covers, you can get 1.6 ratios, but they wont work w/ our stock valve covers.

As dave said, get the haynes manual, it gives tq specs and sequence.
Mark the dizzy WELL!! before you pull it. Then you will need a timing light to set the timing once its back together.
Nothing really worth replacing while its apart. Just inspect inside for metal shavings or oil-sludge build up.
Necro suggested not to use the front n rear blocks, yet it appears he has a 305. So, or intake does NOT use said front n rear blocks, from the factory they just run a bead of black gasket maker, which comes in the set.
