Converting Auto to Manual
Hey guys I have a 92 auto V6 3.1, is it possible to convert to a stick shift, and if so does anyone know how much it would cost me to convert it? And the other questions is, is it worth converting or should I just sell this car and buy me another one with a stick? I really like this car and I wouldn't want to do that, so just please give me your opinion and if you know how much it would cost me to convert to manual. Thanks.

Doesn't take much time or money at all. You can get most everything from another car. Look in the For Sale section of this board...some people are selling and GIVING away trannys and converstion parts for cheap. I already looked it up before, and planned on doing it but since im going to do the v8 swap anyway, i'll wait.

I wish it was as simple as bolting off the tranny and bolting
up a t5,
but as far as I know,
I know Ill need new console, and new clutch blah blah
and even computer tuning?(my car isnt carb, a 91)
