turbo v-6 w/t-56???

i have a t-56 replaced my th700r4, my 305 is crapping out and i found a good deal on a turbo v-6 from a tta. will the t-56 bolt up to it? or am i going to need an adapter?

Transmission: TH700R4

Axle/Gears: 3.23 and 3.27 posi

I think you will need a V6 bell housing.

Car: 1985 reliant saloon

Engine: 2.2 pile of metal

Transmission: 3 on the tree

Axle/Gears: so tall theres no point

i think you need an adapter plate......................................................................but i dont know
