4.3 fuel issues

I have a 93 Blazer and its running funny. I had it in the shop and they guy did a complete electrical check. He changed my fuel filter out and checked my pressure up top and he says all that is good. He even cleaned my regulator so he seems to think its either the computer or the fuel injectors. What its doing is while running it hesitates like its not getting gas. He's not that good on fuel injection so he was atleast honest enough to admit it and not gas me on that side of it. So I'm guessing I'm looking for a lil more input on the fi part of it.

Is it the VORTEC engine?

There are a lot of things that you need to check when you have a hesitation problem with a fuel injected motor. TPS, MAP, EGR, Injectors/CFI Unit(if VORTEC), Ignition timing, fuel pressure, cleanliness of TB, PCV Valve problem, Vac Leak. All of this stuff affects throttle response. More information is needed to give you a real idea as to what's going on.

Yes it is a vortec engine. The mechanic I took it to says all the sensors are good. He stopped short of the injectors and ECM b/c he's not too sure on those. He did say there was good fuel presure up top though. I'm figuring on hitting the jyd up tomorrow for an ECM just to try and rule that out.

Man I don't know that thing is funny. I disconnected the battery to let the computer reset and when I reconnected it all is well. Fired it right up and drove it around the neighborhood and no issues. Oh well, as long as I can get it to my dads which is where my camaro is I'm good. I have the 3.4 in the back.
