ANYONE have this problem?

Every morning I carnk up the car and go to work. After parking the car, I'll let it sit and run in Park during the cold months with the heater on. I feels like the car misses or something and not that smooth idle you'd like to have. Here is the weird part, I can cut off the car for around 30 seconds and start it back up and the "missing" is gone. I know I got a vac leak somewhere which is part of my high idle. My guess is the ECM is reading a sensor but not correctly. After I cut the car off, perhaps the M is reading the sensor after it has warmed up. Either that or maybe a bad ECM. I ain't gettin' no codes either. Any thoughts?
