Hey,
I did some searching and I am sure the answer is out there maybe I just didn't search the right terms.
However, the 3.1 in my 90 camaro is freshly rebuilt for some reason the heads did not get worked over at the same time so a local shop says that is what is causing my engine to not run. The new engine with old heads is affecting that.
If that is true would it be worth just swapping some 3.4 heads onto the 3.1 or just getting my regular heads fixed?
I already know about an entire 3.4 swap. I saw the Tech article on this for the 2.8 so would that be the same for the 3.1?
Thanks,
Mike

RWD 3.1 and 3.4 heads are exactly the same. No added improvment. And yes, this has been discussed on here before.
Thanks, I figured it was just couldn't find it.
I am debating just doing the 3.4 swap if I can find a good deal on the motor.

I'm hoping to bid on 2 cars in the next 4 days. If I get one, almost my whole car will be up for parts
