My 88 2.8l Camaro blew up a while ago and has been sitting off to the side for a couple months and I'd really like to get it running again. The thing is it was a bad valve that killed the motor, well I was told by my brother who was driving it. I'm not positive if thats it but ill believe it anyway. Well back to my question, will this head fit on the driver side of our 2.8l engines? From what I can tell it will and its such a good deal I think I'm gonna buy it. only if u have aluminum heads on it or you would have to get pistons for the aluminum hed if not ur gana be running i think somewhere along the lines of 15 to 1 comp

 

So that head will not work because it's aluminum? Man I was hoping it would work because I would love to get this running. Since this head won't work does anybody have a spare head they'll sell me?

 

Well I have a set of bare cast iron heads. I took all the valves, springs, etc. out. I was planning on cleaning them up but if you want them we can work something out.

 

Yea, I'd love to work something out! The only thing is I'm not to heavy in the pockets right now because I just bought $1500 of race internals for my (PLEASE DON'T HATE ME!!) 4g63-T 6 Bolt which is a DSM or... Eclipse GSX engine.
