seafoamed engine... smoke from ex. mani.
hey guys i used some seafoam today to clean my engine out and i poured some into the brake booster vaccume line into the intake manifold...
well after i shut it off and let it sit to make the seafoam break down the gunky stuff... i turned it back on and got the normal exhaust smoke but my exhaust manifold started smoking too just alittle bit.
then one of the manifolds stoped smoking but the other one continued until all the seafoam burned off.
the car doesnt seem very loud besides the flowmasters... is this a exhaust manifold leak?
has anyone replaced gaskets? how hard and did it take along time?

sorry buddy but we have some major exhaust leaks coming from our exhaust manifolds...
time to head to the autoparts store for some exhaust gasket + liquid wrench
is your car louder than it should be?

hmm maybe i wont be using any seafoam on my car then.
an old timer once told me that removing gunk from some places is good but in other places its supposed to be there for when the parts breakdown. just a though
