tryin to get to 225hp
tryin to get to 225hp
Hi all. I'm new to this, but I've made a commitment to my son to juice up his humdrum 3.4 camaro. And as he is paying for the parts, we are on a tight budget. All we've got so far are a nice fat set of tires, and a flowmaster with dual pipes. I'd like to get this done with bolt on parts if possible, and be able to drive the car on a daily basis or at least have it down no more than a couple of days at a time.
I'd appreciate any help, thanks Dave

well your in a 4th gen that has a 3.4 with DIS, so a swap over to the FWD aluminum heads/intake would be perty strait forwards. That would reward you with those kinda numbers easily.
I cant find it right now but there is a post by another 4th gen guy on using the alum heads.
OOPs wrong post. but still here is the link. https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/v6/3...hlight=insight

Check out www.fullthrottlev6.com You will find more stuff for your motor and info there. They are more 4th gen specific. Plenty of guys on there have done what you want to.
