I have an '86 Berly. She's got a 355 though. :-P Her old 2.8 is sitting at the bottom of the river. Hehe.

BTDT. Stay away from big blocks, as it's not really worth the extra weight. You can make just as much reliable power with a stroked small block. Unless, you meant a 454 small block from Motown.....

1986 model year, with a build date of 9/85.

Orginally a LG4/700R4/2.73 peg leg

Lets just say its not stock now.
