engine bog...
After a ton of searching, Ive come up with some solutions to my problem but want to hear your guys input first.
Basically once the engine is warmed up, it bog downs when you hit the throttle say at 30-40 mph. It will recover with more throttle or finally pick up around 4000rpms. From a stop it bogs down even more. I replaced my air filter and it helped...a little..but not much.
I just put headers on and on my way home, I ran out of gas (yeah i know...stupid..but hey it was my first time). The problem started a week after this.
So here is what I came up with. Most likely my fuel filter is bad. I've heard that if your EGR is bad this could happen too. My only other idea is that maybe the headers being so hot are affecting my stock spark plug wires? Maybe spark isn't as hot as it should be? I don't think it would affect them that fast but you guys would know better. They aren't touching at all though.
Anyways, let me know what you think so I can have my car back running the way it should.

Re: engine bog...
u might just have to time it better make sure u pull out ur est connector b4 timing it and erase the code then plug it back in if u already did that i'd suggest maybe a little tuneup on it.

Have a new fuel filter, and it helped..but didn't solve the problem. I'm gonna check the MAP, EGR, and timing sounds like it could be the problem as well.
thanks guys.
